100% is not always 100%.. I think eve rounds up, you are more likely around 99.9x%. You have to keep playing with your probe locations.

did you try and rename your "~/Library/Preferences/EVE Online Preferences" and relaunching eve.. you could have some funky preference that is causing the issue. if that doesn't work just delete the new "~/Library/Preferences/EVE Online Preferences...

cider gets it rez settings on launch, it gets this info from the OS. Some people have uses something like SwitchResX, to "fake" other setting in the OS.
